After a carefully timed harvest, the tea leaves are freshly steamed, rolled and dried in the centuaries old Japanese tradition. This produces a deep bodied, cleansing tea rich in antioxidants. Australian grown means super fresh with low food miles.

To brew: 1tsp tea per cup. Allow freshly boiled water to cool slightly to 80 degrees. Infuse 1-2min. Enjoy on its own. Avoid over-steeping to prevent bitterness.
