Namaste. Chai is everywhere in India. Wherever you go you will be greeted with a sweet and spicy cup of chai either by a chai wallah in the street or train station or warmly welcomed into somebody's home with a chai invitation. Every family has their own chai recipe handed down through generations of grandmothers. Our version of this iconic Indian tradition is based on a brew of strong black tea balanced with tantilizing and exotic spices.

Hand blended in Margaret River using imported organic ingredients

1tsp tea per cup.
For a quick cup infuse in freshly boiled water 3-4min.
Enjoy with or without milk.
Sweeten to taste.

Traditional stovetop method:
1tsp tea per cup.
One part water, one part milk (dairy, soy or nut).
Heat tea & water in a saucepan.
Bring to the boil & add milk.
Simmer for about 5 minutes to release spice flavours. Sweeten with honey to taste.
