Organic Sticky Chai Sample Sachet

Sticky chai is black tea and whole spices bound together with Himalayan honey, which is what makes it sticky and why it clumps in the sachet. Cardamom, cinnamon, star anise, ginger, turmeric and vanilla are all in there. The honey adds soft toffee notes and means it needs no sugar at all.

It is the messiest and most rewarding thing in the range, and it is not a mug and teabag proposition. Four serves is enough to make it twice, properly, on a stovetop, and decide whether you want to do that regularly.

A heaped teaspoon per cup into a saucepan with a cup of water. Bring to the boil, simmer three to four minutes, add a cup of milk and simmer another three or four, then strain. Do not add sugar until you have tasted it, because the honey is usually enough.
