Organic Sleepy Time is skullcap, lemon balm, passionflower, rose petals and lavender, in plant based pyramid teabags packed in Australia. It is slightly sweet, floral and earthy, and it is a different blend from our loose Sleepy, not the same thing bagged.

A bag is the sensible format for a last cup of the night, because nobody wants to deal with a strainer at ten o'clock. This sample lets you check the blend suits you before a box of twenty goes in the cupboard, and it is a genuinely different herb mix from the loose version, so trying both is reasonable.

One bag in freshly boiled water for three to four minutes, covered. Do not squeeze it out, passionflower and skullcap both turn bitter if you push them.
