Two ingredients: organic lemongrass from Nepal and organic ginger root from Egypt. Nothing else in it. The lemongrass is zesty and clean, the ginger is warming underneath it, and there is no tea leaf so there is no caffeine.
This is the blend people buy in winter and then keep buying. It is also one of the simplest in the range, which makes four serves a good way to calibrate how much ginger heat you actually want before you commit to a pouch of it.
A teaspoon in freshly boiled water for two to three minutes, and it needs nothing added. If you want more ginger bite, leave it longer rather than adding more leaf. It keeps drawing heat out for a good five minutes without turning bitter, which is unusual.
