Oolong is a semi-fermented tea, neither green nor black, a perfect all-rounder with a long list of health benefits: Laden with the essential nutrients of both green and black teas, Oolong is known to aid in the reduction of high blood pressure and reducing the risk of heart disease. It can help in the healthy maintenance of weight, strengthen your body’s immunity and improve dental and bone health.

Tightly rolled balls of a partially oxidised leaf with pleasant complexity of fruit and strong floral notes of Jasmine and mild citrus zest.

Oolong tea is traditionally steeped multiple times, producing new flavours with each subsequent brew. You can generally reuse the leaves 2-3 times or more with a shorter steeping time.
