A traditional Chinese green tea with a bold, slightly smoky & nutty flavour. Hand rolled in tight little balls which resemble gunpowder pellets; hence the name. Rich in anti-oxidants and caffeine to provide a natural energy boost.

1 teaspoon tea per cup. Allow freshly boiled water to cool to 80degrees. A short steep time of 2-3 minutes to avoid bitterness. Enjoy on its own.
