Green Australian Sencha

Australian-grown Sencha is cultivated in the fertile river flats of northeast Victoria using pesticide-free, best-practice farming methods. After a carefully timed harvest, the tea leaves are freshly steamed, rolled and dried in the centuries-old Japanese tradition. This produces a deep-bodied, cleansing tea rich in antioxidants. Australian grown means super fresh with low food miles.

Allow freshly boiled water to cool slightly to 80 degrees. Infuse 1-2min.
Enjoy on its own.
Avoid over-steeping to prevent bitterness.
