Australian grown Genmaicha (pronounced: gen (g for goat)- my-cha) is a combination of sencha, roasted brown rice & matcha powder. A deliciously mild-tasting green tea with nutty undertones of roasted rice. Grown in the fertile river flats of northeast Victoria using pesticide free, best-practice farming methods, the tea is prepared in the traditional Japanese way, producing a deep-bodied, cleansing tea, rich in antioxidants.

Allow freshly boiled water to cool slightly to 80 degrees. Infuse 1-2min.
