Cape to Cairo Sample Sachet

Cape to Cairo is organic rooibos from South Africa blended with rosehips, hibiscus flower and orange peel. The rooibos gives it a smooth nutty base and the hibiscus gives it the tang and the deep red colour. Naturally caffeine free, because none of those four things come from the tea plant.

This is the one to pick if you like rooibos but find it a bit flat on its own, or if you like hibiscus but find it too sharp. It sits between the two. Four serves is enough to drink it at a few different times of day and work out where it belongs for you.

One teaspoon, water straight off the boil, three to four minutes. Sweeten if you want. It is genuinely good iced, which is worth knowing before summer.
