Organic Rooibos Chai is a blend of exotic spices and warm African sunshine. Rooibos (or red bush) is not a tea but a native plant found only in the Cedarberg Mountains of the Western Cape, South Africa.

A small sachet of this blend. Enough for about 4 serves, so you can taste it properly before you commit to a full pouch.

Hand blended in Margaret River using organic imported ingredients

1tsp tea per cup.
For a quick cup infuse in freshly boiled water 3-4min.
Enjoy with or without milk.
Sweeten to taste.

Traditional stovetop method:
1tsp tea per cup.
One part water, one part milk (dairy, soy or nut).
Heat spice mix & water in a saucepan.
Bring to the boil & add milk.
Simmer for about 5 minutes to release spice flavours.
Sweeten with honey to taste.
