Saharan Sunset is built on organic Egyptian hibiscus, lifted with fresh spearmint and floral rose. Hibiscus brings the crimson colour and the tartness, the spearmint cuts through it and the rose softens the finish. Caffeine free, and hand blended in Margaret River.
It sits very close to our plain hibiscus, and choosing between the two is the actual decision most people are making on this page. Four serves is the cheap way to settle whether you want the mint and rose in there or whether you prefer hibiscus on its own.
One teaspoon in freshly boiled water for three to four minutes. Sweeten if you like, though the rose does some of that work. It is excellent over ice, and the colour alone makes it worth putting in a glass jug for people.
