Enjoy the rich, warm, nurturing flavours of a traditional chai without the caffeine.
Dandelion root is used by herbalists to support liver function and along with the traditional chai spices of ginger, cardamom, cloves and cinnamon this blend will also ease your digestive function, aid detoxification and improve circulation.
Roasty, toasty & naturally caffeine-free means that you can enjoy this comforting beverage day and night.

Hand blended in Margaret River using imported organic ingredients
Stovetop method (serves x 2):
For a rich and creamy cup of Dandelion Chai add 1 heaped teaspoon chai mix per cup to a saucepan.
Add 1 x cup water and bring to the boil.
Simmer 3-4 mins. Add 1 x cup milk (dairy, nut, soy or coconut) and simmer for a further 3-4 mins.
Add honey to taste.
Take saucepan off the heat and strain liquid through a sieve straight into a mug.
Serve hot.

To enjoy without milk just add boiling water to one teaspoon of chai mix and infuse 3-4 mins.
Sweet to taste.

A chai for those who love the ritual but want to step away from caffeine without losing the depth and complexity they enjoy. Dandelion root brings an earthiness that works beautifully against the spice blend, and the result is warming, grounding, and genuinely good for the digestive system.

It suits the afternoon or evening drinker, the caffeine-sensitive, and those who want their chai to do more than just taste wonderful.
