The research is interesting and it is also ongoing, so we would rather tell you what is in the pouch and let you make your own call.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWhere to start.\u003c\/strong\u003e Our Organic Anti Inflammatory Blend is the obvious first stop, a herb and spice blend with a proper flavour punch rather than the thin, dusty taste that turmeric blends often have. If you want it creamy, the Organic Turmeric Latte whisks into hot milk in under a minute and has no caffeine and no added sugar. If you want it spiced, Golden Turmeric Chai brings cardamom and pepper along with it.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFor something lighter, Lemongrass and Ginger is zesty and warming at once and works iced as well as hot. Organic Liquorice Root is naturally sweet with no sugar in it at all, which makes it a useful base if you find turmeric heavy going. Organic Egyptian Chamomile is the gentlest of the lot. Organic Hibiscus Flower is sharp, deep red and best served over ice on a hot afternoon.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMost of these are naturally caffeine free, so an afternoon cup will not cost you your evening. Every blend on this page is hand blended in small batches at our shop in Cowaramup, from organic ingredients, and sold as loose leaf so you can see the whole root, leaf and flower rather than dust in a bag.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBrewing matters more here than with black tea. Roots and barks want water straight off the boil and a good five minutes, longer if you like it strong. Flowers and leaves want a minute off the boil.
