Rooibos or red bush, is the perfect caffiene-free alternative to traditional teas. It is grown in the pristine Cedarberg mountain ranges of the Western Cape, South Africa. This African mountain tea has a slightly sweet, nutty flavour and is a rich source of minerals and antioxidants. Because it is caffeine-free it makes a relaxing bedtime tea and a tasty tea for kids.

Ingredients: Certified organic rooibos
Origin: South Africa
To brew: 1tsp tea per cup. Infuse 2-3min in freshly boiled water. Enjoy with or without milk. Also delicious hot with a slice of lemon or chilled as an iced tea.
